Return to ElevatED and confirm that the course is listed as completed. If it is still listed as incomplete, return to the training.
Make sure there are no lock icons in the left hand pane. If you see a lock icon, then the training advanced without showing that slide as completed.
A quick fix would be to click the slide ABOVE the locked slide and let it play fully and then click next. The locked slide should now be displayed. Let it complete itself and click next.
Once that is done, the course completion should trigger.
The first way to troubleshoot is to clear your browser cache and reload the training.
If you press CTL+SHIFT+DELETE on your keyboard, the prompt to clear recent history or browsing data should pop up. Make sure the button for “Cache” is selected and then clear.
