Business and Administration

The Department of Real Estate oversees the University’s corporate real estate operations. This includes managing the acquisition and sale of University-owned properties, leasing and lease administration for off-site locations, and handling the acceptance, management, and disposition of real estate gifts left to the university. Additionally, the department is responsible for reporting real estate requirements to the Auburn University Board of Trustees and the State of Alabama.
