📄 VENDOR DISCLOSURE STATEMENT (VDS) REQUIREMENTS UPDATE

Effective immediately, a Vendor Disclosure Statement is required for any contract or purchase exceeding $75,000. This update ensures compliance with state regulations and helps prevent processing delays.
