A great way to make the most of Open Enrollment is by booking an appointment with a benefit enroller!

During Open Enrollment, benefit enrollers are available to answer questions about Auburn’s benefit options and online enrollment. Employees can schedule in-person or over-the-phone consultations. Visit the website or call 833-203-4283 for more information.  

On-site appointments are also available at the UHR building from 7:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. on the following dates: 

  • Wednesday, Oct. 9 
  • Thursday, Oct. 10 
  • Wednesday, Oct. 16 
  • Thursday, Oct. 17
  • Wednesday, Oct. 23 

Nayya 

Auburn is teaming up with Nayya to provide an online “Health Plan Decision Tool” for employees during Open Enrollment. Nayya’s tool can help employees as they decide which health plan options are best for them. By utilizing Nayya, employees can receive: 

  • Step-by-step decision support to simplify the process of evaluating benefits. 
  • Personalized benefit suggestions. 
  • Details on the value of our benefits. 

A link to the tool is available on AU Access, under the “Online Benefits Enrollment” icon. Employees will also receive email communications from care@engage.nayya.com and team@experience.nayya.com during Open Enrollment.  

Enrollment Reminders 

  • Employees can go to AU Access and click on the “Online Benefits Enrollment” icon to begin or complete the enrollment process.  
  • Open Enrollment ends at 4:45 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 31. IRS regulations do not allow for plan enrollment or changes beyond Open Enrollment unless there is a qualified life event during the year. 
  • Employees can learn more about our benefits by registering for one or more of the Virtual Benefit Fair webinars. Sixteen webinars will be held this Tuesday and Wednesday. Topics include healthcare benefits, investment planning, and much more.
