FAQ's
How do I get to ePrint?
You can go to ePrint.auburn.edu or click on ePrint on the Luminis page.
How do I get a userid and password for ePrint?
ePrint uses your Banner userid and password. To get a Banner userid and password, contact your Administrative Computing Coordinator.
I tried to login and it says 'authorization invalid'. What should I do?
You may need to resync your password. If you have never logged into Banner, you must resync your password before first use. Go to the OIT password resync web page, enter your userid and password, and only check ‘Banner’.
I tried to login multiple times and now I can not get into Banner as well. What should I do?
ePrint validates against Banner. If you try to logon five times unsuccessfully, it will lock the account. When this happens, you will need to contact the OIT HelpDesk or call 334-844-4944.
I can not see report 'xyz'. What should I do?
First, make sure that it is not on the next page. ePrint only displays so many reports at a time. If you still do not see it, contact ISS. The cause may be security.
There is not an Excel download of report 'xyz'. What should I do?
Some reports can not have the Excel download option. If the file came in as a pdf, it can only remain in that format.
